What is AutoRFP.ai?

AutoRFP.ai is an AI-native platform for responding to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and security questionnaires. Its Response Engine drafts answers grounded in your approved content, attaches a citation and a Trust Score to each one, and files every approved answer back into a library that updates itself. The result is a knowledge base that grows as the team responds, rather than one a content manager has to curate by hand.

The company was founded in 2022 in Brisbane, Australia, and sells on a published per-project model with unlimited users — an unusual stance in a category where most vendors quote privately.

How the automation works

AutoRFP.ai parses an incoming document into questions and drafts a response for each one from connected content. As shown in AutoRFP.ai’s product demo (reviewed July 2026), the workspace organizes each RFP as a project with due dates and status, alongside a searchable content library and an “Ask Question” panel for pulling an answer on demand. A Project Agent can redraft a response in a different style with one click, and a Response Agent can run a web search to locate relevant material when internal content is thin.

Because every answer ships with a source citation and Trust Score, reviewers can trace a draft back to the content it came from before approving it. The vendor positions first drafts as usable most of the time, though — as with any generative tool — output quality depends on the underlying content and reviewers should verify compliance-sensitive answers.

Content governance

AutoRFP.ai’s central idea is a library that maintains itself: approved responses are tagged and stored automatically for future reuse. In the demo, content was organized by category — Product, Market, Security, Deployment — with usage counters against a plan quota (reviewed July 2026). This reduces the manual curation burden that library-first tools carry.

The trade-off is scope. AutoRFP.ai does not document automatic cross-source conflict detection — the ability to flag when two internal sources disagree on the same fact — so keeping contradictory content out of the library still leans on human review during approval.

Workflow and collaboration

Every plan includes unlimited users, so legal, security, and product SMEs can be added without per-seat cost. Teams assign editors and reviewers in one click, co-edit in real time, and move responses through approval steps. A Go/No-Go analysis scans an incoming RFP against custom deal-breaker criteria — missing certifications, unmet requirements — before the team commits, which is useful for groups fielding more RFPs than they can answer.

Deployment fit

AutoRFP.ai lists 18+ integrations, including Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, SharePoint, and Confluence, plus procurement-portal capture (SAP Ariba, Workday Strategic Sourcing, Jaggaer) through a Chrome extension.
