How we research

Each tool profile is built from a mix of primary and third-party sources:

• Product demos. Where we have access, we review a product demo and describe only what that vendor’s own product does — its interface, features, and workflow.
• Third-party ratings. Gartner, G2, and Capterra ratings and verified reviews, cited with the date we recorded them.
• Vendor documentation. Public pricing, integration, and security pages.

We write original summaries — never copying vendor or third-party text — and apply our scoring rubric uniformly. Facts we can’t verify are marked “not publicly disclosed.”

A note on demos: product demos are sales presentations. We use them only to observe the demonstrated product itself, never as a source for claims about competing tools.
