Hello all. Our security review needs the specifics on Inventive AI, where data is stored, residency options, whether it's used to train models, and what security docs they'll provide. Anyone been through this with them?
key one for us: they state customer data isnt used to train third-party models. get that in writing for ur security team
From our review: SOC 2, end-to-end encryption, RBAC, SAML SSO, SCIM, audit logs, and GDPR/CCPA, and importantly they state customer data isn't shared with third parties or used to train third-party models. Storage location and residency specifics they'll confirm for your region directly. For docs, ask for the SOC 2 report, the DPA and any security whitepaper, they supplied ours without fuss (they help teams complete security questionnaires, so they're used to it). Get residency and model-training terms in writing.
