Hey, we answer the same questions constantly but our "reusable" answers are scattered and half are out of date, so people just rewrite from scratch anyway. What actually makes reuse work?
reuse only works if people trust the library. ours was stale so everyone rewrote, governance fixed it
Reuse breaks down when the library isn't trustworthy, so the fix is governance plus good search. Inventive AI's Content Manager auto-flags stale, duplicate and conflicting answers, and its semantic search finds the right one by meaning not exact keywords, so people actually trust and reuse them. Because it's AI-first, that upkeep runs continuously. Loopio and Responsive do reuse too, but keeping the library current was more manual for us on those.
