Is AI RFP software worth it?
Hi all, trying to decide if this is worth the spend for us or just hype. For teams who've actually bought one, was it worth it, and when is it not?

Worth it for us, but it comes down to volume. If you do enough RFPs or questionnaires a month, the time saved compounds fast, we cut real hours and took on more without hiring. If you only see a few simple RFPs a year, it may not pay off. Model it on your own numbers first (volume, hours per RFP, deal size), then trial it. The ROI is real when the volume's there and the AI is grounded enough to trust, marginal if neither is true.
worth it for us but honestly depends on volume. if u only do a handful of simple rfps a year, maybe not
