Leadership is asking why Inventive over Loopio/Responsive, or just using Copilot, or building something ourselves. How would you actually frame the difference?

How I'd frame it for leadership. Versus Loopio and Responsive, Inventive AI is AI-first rather than AI added onto a traditional workflow platform, so grounded, cited drafting and auto-governance feel core, not bolted on. Versus native Copilot, the difference is grounding and control, it answers only from your approved content, cites sources, flags gaps, and adds RFP workflow and security a generic assistant lacks. Versus building it yourself, getting RFP-specific accuracy, integrations, SOC 2 and governance in-house is a huge ongoing engineering lift, buying got us there immediately. The honest test across all four is a pilot on your real RFPs.
