Hi team, evaluating Inventive AI and want to understand the actual collaboration flow before we commit, how questions get to SMEs, how review and approval work. Can anyone who uses it walk through it?
In practice: questions route to the right SME by topic automatically, they get it in Slack (or Jira/Salesforce) with an AI draft already written, and they confirm or tweak it. Answers then move through review to approval, with role-based access controlling who does what and audit logs recording sign-off. Because it's AI-first, the draft is already there, so SMEs review instead of writing, which is why we hit full adoption in about two weeks instead of fighting people to use it.
