In our use it's mostly the latter: Inventive AI drafts grounded, cited answers (including for questionnaires that originate in portals) and you submit, and it can respond within customer documents. Native operation inside a specific portal varies, so confirm your exact portal (Ariba, SAM.gov) in a demo since each has its own workflow. Even without deep portal integration, drafting in Inventive and transferring in captured most of the time savings for us, but ask them directly if in-portal is critical for you.
